General conditions

It is important to read the general conditions, which apply to all transactions with Ricambi Fiat 500. When placing an order you confirm that you have read our terms, understood and accepted them. Our delivery only takes place under the following terms and conditions.


1.Prices
1.1 The prices advertised on this website are valid for both internet and phone (fax) orders.
1.2 The prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
1.3 At the end of the ordering process and on the invoice, you will find the total of the settled VAT and shipping costs.

2. Payment
2.1 We deliver orders placed through the website, by phone or fax only by advance payment.
2.2 If you personally pick up your order you can pay with cash or ATM.
(Pick up is only possible in our warehouse. See section: "Openinghours".)

3. Dispatch
3.1 Dispatch takes place from Keizersveld 47 A, 5803 AM VENRAY, the Netherlands.
3.2 The risk off shipping is for the courier; See section: "Transport damage".
3.3 You will receive immediately after the transfer to the courier an email with the tracking number of your package. This process can be followed worldwide through the courier's website. (The tracking system of Post.NL is unfortunately not recognized worldwide)
3.4 For countries outside of Europe (also Switzerland and Norway) you may have to pay tax and/or duty in your country. These costs depend on the regulation in your country.
3.5 FD Ricambi BV takes no responsibility for damage during transport or if packages get lost during shipment. Damage must be reported immediately, after receiving, to the courier/postman. Couriers are liable themselves.
3.6 For delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure and exceptional events, we are not liable. (Think of strikes, government action, failure of suppliers etc.)
3.7 If you have not received your package 14 days after shipping, please notify us immediately.

4. Shipping costs
4.1 The shipping costs depend on the weight and volume (size) of the ordered goods.
4. If some special combinations can be made to reduce the shipping costs, the amount off overpayment will be credited to you. For rates see "shipping costs".

5. Property
5.1 The delivered goods remain property of Fiat 500 Ricambi until the invoice is paid in full.

6. Warranty
6.1 The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receiving. If it appears that supplied products are incorrect or incomplete, then the customer has to report that within five working days, through post or by e-mail. If reported in time and the complaint is legitimate we will provide a replacement or refund.
6.2 The warranty period of FD Ricambi BV corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty period.
6.3 For damage and / or accidents to improperly installed components, we take no responsibility.
6.4 Electrical parts can’t be exchanged or returned.
6.5 All goods must be returned in the original (if possible unopened) package and returned in new condition. (Return to: FD Ricambi BV, Keizersveld 47 A, 5803 AM VENRAY, the Netherlands. Guided by a copy of the invoice and a letter describing your complaint.)

7. Viewing period / right of withdrawal
7.1 The customer has the right, without giving any reason and at its own expense, to return the product within 14 days after receiving. All goods must be returned in the original (if possible unopened) package and returned in new condition. (Return to: FD Ricambi BV, Keizersveld 47 A, 5803 AM VENRAY, the Netherlands, accompanied by a copy of the invoice).
7.2 Fiat 500 Ricambi will, after reception of the goods in good condition, fully refund within 14 days. The paid shipping costs can not be refunded to you. Make sure that at all times you have a proof of return. (Pick-up or shipping document)
7.3 If the products have already been used by the customer, the right to return will dilapidate.

8.Shipping damage
8.1 All our shipments are sent with GLS, UPS or in some cases with local post. (Post.NL)
8.2 Damage must be reported immediately to the courier/postman, after receiving.
8.3 Couriers are themselves liable for any damage by transport.
8.4 FD Ricambi BV bears no responsibility for packages lost during transport. (UPS allows you to secure items during transport.)

9. Applicable law 
9.1 These general conditions are applied by Dutch law.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer gives permission to process his / her personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of FD Ricambi BV.
