FD Ricambi Return Policy

At FD Ricambi, we strive for customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product or a core deposit exchange part, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return process.

Parts Eligibility for Return:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Core deposit exchange parts must be complete, with the housing intact and no cracks or broken parts.
• The purchase date must not exceed 30 days.

Product Warranty Returns:

For warranty-related returns, please contact our Customer Service at info@fdricambi.com before proceeding.

How to Return:

If You Ordered as a Registered Customer:

1. Log into your account on the FD Ricambi webshop.
2. Navigate to "Order History" and locate the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click the "Return" button.
4. Indicate the item, quantity, and reason for return.
5. Click "Submit". You will receive an email with further instructions.

If You Ordered as a Guest:

1. Print a copy of your invoice and highlight the part(s) you are returning along with the quantity.
2. Write down the reason for the return on the invoice.
3. Enclose the invoice inside the return shipment.

Packing & Shipping Costs:

• Ensure your return is well-packed to prevent damage during transport. Damaged returns may not be eligible for credit.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. FD Ricambi does not provide return shipping labels.
• Keep your tracking details for reference.

Refunds:

Once we receive and approve your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 working days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
