FD Ricambi Return Policy

At FD Ricambi, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product or a core deposit exchange part, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

Eligibility:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Core deposit exchange parts must be complete.

How to Return:

1. Log into your account on our webshop.
2. Go to "Order History" and find the order you wish to return.
3. Select the "Return" button and click "Submit".
4. You will receive an email with further instructions.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product or core deposit exchange item.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and approve your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 working days using the same payment method you used.
