Shipping
After you place your order, we get to work right away. We pick and pack your items as efficiently as possible, without compromising on quality.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our webshop based on your delivery address and the weight and volume of the items in your cart. You can choose from our reliable shipping partners, including GLS, DHL, UPS, and PostNL. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code to monitor its progress.
If you select "Lokaal" for shipping, we will send your order via PostNL. This means that, in most cases, we will provide a tracking number, but we will not be able to assist with transit times or delivery dates. Additionally, it is not possible to insure shipments sent via PostNL.
Important Note:
Once your order is placed, no additional items can be added. Our processing system is fully automated to ensure the fastest possible order processing and shipping.
Shipping goods in an envelope, as a letter, is not allowed by International Postal Law. Therefore, all orders, even the smallest ones, are sent as packages.
Shipment Insurance
Add Goods Transport Insurance to your order for just 2% of your parts invoice value. Protect your goods against damage, theft, or loss during transport. For full details and to get started, click here.
Pick-up
You can pick up your in person orders at our central distribution center on Fridays from 13:00 to 15:00. Please note that pick-up must be done in person. It is not possible to send a courier for pick-up, as the goods will not be packed.
