Before mounting the leaf spring, you first need to clamp it, using a leaf spring tensioner as shown above. (see pic 1 and 2)

Mount the leaf spring first to the leaf spring holders and secure with leaf spring clamps. (see pic 3, 4 and 5)

Attach the leaf spring to the stub axle and tighten the bolt to 40nm. (see pic 6)

Now remove the leaf spring clamp. (see pic 7).

After mounting the leaf spring, realignment of wheels and steering is required for correct vehicle handling.
