Order Shipping & Tracking Information
At FD Ricambi, we are committed to delivering your orders worldwide, regardless of the size or weight of the products. We offer reliable shipping options through renowned carriers such as UPS, GLS, DHL, and local postal services. You can select the carrier that best suits your needs during checkout.
How It Works:
- Order Processing: Once we receive your order and payment, we typically ship your items within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors.
- Tracking Your Order: After your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier you selected will send you an email with your tracking code. Please note that this email comes directly from the carrier, not from FD Ricambi. With this tracking code, you can monitor your order's status and location anytime on the carrier's website.
Missed Deliveries:
- If the carrier cannot deliver your order to the assigned address or neighbors, they will leave a notification card or send an email with instructions for arranging a second delivery attempt. If that fails, your order will be taken to a local parcel shop for collection. Uncollected parcels will be returned to our central distribution center in the Netherlands.
